Mass production molding with silicone rubber molds! Amortization based on product cost depending on the production lot.

Rigid polyurethane does not use molds for shaping. First, a master model (the product to be made) is created using a wooden model or similar, and then a silicone rubber mold is made from that. Mass production molding is done using the silicone rubber mold. Therefore, the costs for molds only require the initial expenses for creating the master model and the costs for making the molding frame to create the silicone rubber mold.
